How do you ship?

The default carrier during check out is the United Stated Postal Service. Your order is shipped within 2 business days after receipt. Shipping rates are based on the destination and the weight of the package. We ship from New York City.

International Orders?

Apologies, we're unable to offer international shipping at this time.

Do you gift wrap?

We offer complementary Lucky Wang "soft" gift wrapping. Select and add to your shopping cart.  Write a your message in the "comments" box in shopping cart.  Your items will be wrapped in tissue, clear cello bag, prices off, with your note enclosed.

Out of stock?

Our apologies.  We will contact you to find out if you prefer an alternative option.  If not, we will refund your account immediately.  We try to keep the inventory as accurately as possible, but sometimes there are mistakes.
